The merry go round themed parade is very fun to watch and as a Disney fan, I love all the parts where they put in more minor characters than before. Like the Ugly Duckling, and the King from Alice in Wonderland, and the first to appear in Tokyo Disneyland, Rapunzel.
The scale is enormous with big floats going through the park. It is truly a sight you don't want to miss. The music is also memorable and is catchy and I always hum along the tune.
I recommend watching near the castle where it looks best, or at the end of Toontown where the characters will look in one direction because of the bushes and trees on the opposite side.
It says the parade is 45 minutes but it actually feels more shorter, mostly because of the fact that it doesn't have a show mode where all the floats stop. This parade is easily affected by the weather so be sure to be careful.
