Western and Japanese culture sometimes mixes pretty well and the menu here proves it.
The Pork Rice Roll is kind of like a rice ball but wrapped in pork. The pork is sweetened with a soy sauce based flavor.
When I went there was also Liberty Landing Diner original sundae with small rice cakes and red beans under ice cream.
I reccomend it to people who are curious about what if Western met Japanese.
